Lee Jordan
Partnerships & Promo — Business Development
"I know a guy who knows a guy who knows everyone. And I'm the first guy."
Role
Lee Jordan handles partnerships, promotions, and business development on a part-time basis — though "part-time" is generous given how much he actually does. His Quidditch commentary career gives him access to every common room, every pub, and every social circle in the wizarding world. He turns that access into sales.
Lee isn't just a promoter — he's a living, breathing word-of-mouth engine.
Strengths
- Promotions. Lee's Wizarding Wireless radio spots are unscripted, chaotic, and absurdly effective. He does live reads during Quidditch coverage that somehow sell more product than our planned ad campaigns. We've stopped trying to give him scripts.
- Quidditch connections. Lee's commentary career means he knows players, managers, fans, and venue operators across the league. This network has landed us sponsorship opportunities, event placements, and a steady stream of high-profile customers.
- Hype. Lee can make anything sound like the most exciting thing that's ever happened. He once described a new flavour of Nosebleed Nougat as "a revolution in personal freedom" and sales tripled that week.
Working With Lee
- Don't try to control his messaging. Give him the product, give him the key facts, and let him riff. The results speak for themselves.
- He's best used for launches and events. His energy is a finite resource — use it for maximum impact moments.
- He responds to enthusiasm. If YOU'RE excited about a product, he'll be excited. If you pitch it flatly, he'll pitch it flatly (and Lee pitching something flatly is a crime against nature).
- Schedule flexibility is essential. He's juggling commentary, our work, and what he calls "networking" (socializing at the Leaky Cauldron).
