Hogsmeade
"Three words: captive. teenage. audience."
Hogsmeade is a weekend-only operation, but don't let that fool you — it punches well above its weight. Every Hogwarts visit weekend, we move more product per hour than any other location. These kids have allowances and zero impulse control. Our favourite customer profile.

Owl Post Operations
We've negotiated a dedicated owl fleet with the Hogsmeade Post Office:
- Fleet size: 20 barn owls, 5 eagle owls (for heavy parcels)
- Capacity: 200 standard units per flight
- Weather contingency: If owls can't fly, George Apparates with a shrunk crate. It's undignified but effective.
- Cost: Flat rate of 15 Sickles per weekend (excellent deal, thanks to Lee Jordan knowing the postmaster)
Pop-Up Location
We don't maintain a permanent Hogsmeade shop (yet — Fred's working on the lease). Instead:
- Primary: Dedicated stall outside Honeydukes (the irony is not lost on them)
- Backup: Three Broomsticks patio table (Madam Rosmerta gets 5% commission)
- Storage: Rented cellar space under Zonko's old location (haunted, but cheap)
Hogwarts Student Specials
These bundles are pre-packed and priced for maximum pocket-money extraction:
- First Year Starter Kit — 3 Galleons (Canary Cream, Nosebleed Nougat, Extendable Ear)
- Prefect's Nightmare Bundle — 5 Galleons (everything that's technically not banned)
- O.W.L. Stress Relief Pack — 4 Galleons (Moonbeam Meltdrops, Patronus Pop Rocks, calming tea)
Important Notes
- DO NOT sell Portable Swamp Taffy to students. Filch has threatened to ban us permanently, and Dumbledore's portrait gave us "the look."
- Hogwarts staff get 20% off. Yes, even Snape's portrait. Customer service is customer service.
- Always card for age-restricted items. Ministry inspectors have posed as 7th-years before.
